By creating an account or using DonutVault ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use virtual-currency gaming platforms in your jurisdiction. DonutVault operates with in-game virtual currency tied to the DonutSMP Minecraft server and is not a real-money gambling service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. You must verify your email address before depositing or playing games. One account per person; multi-accounting, botting, or shared accounts are prohibited.
All balances represent DonutSMP in-game virtual items and hold no cash value. Deposits and withdrawals are processed via in-game trades. We are not liable for losses caused by user error, incorrect item pricing, or third-party service disruptions.
Games use provably-fair RNG. Exploiting bugs, tampering with client code, colluding, or abusing promotions results in balance forfeiture and permanent ban.
Harassment, fraud, chargebacks, evasion of bans, and use of automated tools are prohibited and may result in account termination.
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Remaining balances of banned accounts may be forfeited.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DonutVault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
